I don't agree because if it is raised to 18 they will have more time to practice. If you get your temps when you are 15 you will have 3 years to practice and if the driving age was 16 you would only get 1 year old practice.
The driving age should be raised because, kids get in a lot more car crashes than older drives do. According to Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, young drivers tend to have more accidents per highway mile than any other age group. Some people might ask how are kids supposed to practice driving if you start driving when you are older, they say that raising the driving age won't fix the problem, but I say it will. At the age of 18 we can leave are parents house and go live on our own. The reason that you can leave at the age of 18 is because that is the age you become mature enough to live on your own, So why is the driving age 16? Kids are not mature enough to be driving on the roads at the age of 16. Therefore we should change the driving age to 18.
