I think that they should not raise the driving age because, If you are 18 and you are going to drive you would have less time to learn before you are an actual adult. And if you were to learn when you are 16 it would be easier to learn and you would not have to drive hours but if you learn when you are 16 you can just drive a mile for practice before you have to drive hours.
