the driving age were pushed to 18, teens would have more time to learn about driving safely. The main arguments for teenagers driving at 16 are that they need a car to go to work and that they need freedom. But these issues can easily be resolved by teens taking buses to get to work
At age 16, most people are not fully mature. Many teens do not realize that their reflexes and hand-eye coordination skills are not fully developed yet, and they can end up getting in accidents.
