I do not agree because 16-year-old can get into accidents easily, and even though they are becoming independent, they tend to be irresponsible. For example, calling or texting while driving.

They say the driving age should stay the same, but I say that it should be raised to 18 because 16-year-olds tend to get into more accidents than any other age. Therefore, the driving age should be raised to 18.
